As the sun sets, Pan Deï Palais welcomes you to a candlelit evening in the intimate setting of its garden, right in the heart of Saint-Tropez.
During a dinner at Délices du Pan Deï, the hotel's new restaurant, you will be immersed into a vivid world of light and shadow, enhanced by the rustling vegetation.
The Chef will create an original sharing menu, inspired by local specialties and market finds, a celebration of Mediterranean cuisine with Indian influences that nod to the Pan Deï’s history.
A symphony of sounds and flavours
In this secret garden, the sounds of the nearby Place des Lices fade away, replaced by the notes from our live music band.
A perfect sensory harmony, to be enjoyed with family or friends while sipping a glass of champagne under the starry sky.
