Château d’Estoublon
At the end of a cypress-lined drive in the heart of the Alpilles Massif, Château d’Estoublon blends historic grandeur with the easy rhythm of Provençal life. Discover its vineyards and olive groves, savour refined cuisine, and surrender to the quiet beauty of your surroundings.
A living heritage, from vine to olive tree
Set within over 200 hectares of preserved countryside, Le Château d’Estoublon has cultivated the art of fine olive oils and wines since 1489. This living heritage is sustained by deep respect for the land and a commitment to organic agriculture. Its vineyards and olive groves, protected under the Appellation d’Origine Protégée, yield signature vintages and oils, bottled directly on the estate.
Guided tours offer an intimate journey through vines and olive trees, punctuated by tastings. It is a sensory encounter to be shared – a place where tradition, nature and culinary pleasures meet.

La Table d’Estoublon – the essence of Provençal flavour
Whether for a leisurely lunch or elegant dinner, La Table d’Estoublon captures the spirit of the terroir with finesse and generosity. Dishes are shaped by the season’s rhythm and the harvests of the Domaine’s permaculture kitchen garden, elevated by produce of exceptional provenance.
From garden ceviche with ginger and lemon to roasted free-range poultry with seed crust, chickpea fries and saffron-green olive relish, each plate speaks of place and time, harmonised with the Château’s own wines.
Infused with Provençal and Mediterranean influences, La Table d’Estoublon is a destination for true connoisseurs – a sun-drenched retreat set within an enduringly beautiful corner of Provence.

Your château, your pace
For a stay that transcends a brief visit, the Château may be privatised in full, offering a rare sense of space, privacy and freedom. Whether for two or a gathering of family and friends, the estate becomes yours to enjoy – an exquisite Provençal residence where time appears to slow.
Set among centuries-old olive trees and vineyards, the Château stretches across 1,500 square metres of hewn stone. Twenty-two rooms over two floors, with lift access, include ten bedrooms and suites adorned with noble materials, rare textiles and thoughtfully chosen antiques.
Here, far from distraction, the essential takes precedence: shared moments, the song of cicadas, and the quiet luxury of time well spent.
