The Rooms

The Suites
Perched atop the Pan Deï Palais, the Tropezian Suite features two rooms and a private terrace, offering a sweeping vista over the terracotta roofs and winding streets of Saint-Tropez. The Princess Suite offers unmatched versatility and privacy with its two separate entrances and bathrooms, plus flexible accommodation options. Guests can choose to annex an additional room or transform the living area into an extra bedroom. The Garden Suite, a study in spaciousness and light, is defined by grand windows that invite the outdoors inside.
A Day in Your Life at Pan Deï Palais
Begin your day with a gourmet breakfast, either in the cosy comfort of your room or poolside under a parasol, surrounded by the tranquility of the gardens, yet never far from the lively Côte d’Azur village.
For an invigorating workout, head to Château de La Messardière, just a short drive from the Pan Deï Palais in a classic Rolls-Royce. Here, there’s an activity to match every pace: perhaps the outdoor gym beckons, or a tennis match awaits.
Let your children embark on adventures at the Airelles Summer Camp. There’s plenty to keep kids busy, from a pirate ship to table football, a library nook, a garden cabin, go-karting, pool splashes, or a nap with soft toys. The Kids’ Club at Château de La Messardière also features a cinema room.
Swap the pool for the Mediterranean at Jardin Tropezina. Take a Mini-Moke jeep or Rolls-Royce to our private beach where you can lounge under a parasol. Savour a late lunch by Chef Jean-François Piège, then enjoy live music and cocktails as the sun sets.
Post-lunch, explore Saint-Tropez’s historic streets, from the famous marina to boutique shopping and cultural visits to The Butterfly Museum or the Annonciade Museum, showcasing major 20th-century artists. Then, as the day unfolds, join a game of Pétanque at Place des Lices.
As night falls, embrace the evening atmosphere at our elegant Cocktail Bar for a pre-dinner drink in the gardens of Pan Deï Palais.
Enjoy dinner under the stars in the gardens of the hotel at Les Délices du Pan Deï, where our chefs will prepare a feast using local seasonal ingredients with subtle Indian spices and pan-Asian accents.
Then, return to your room, where a king-size bed awaits to end your day with restful sleep.
