Airelles - Courchevel

Restaurants & Bars

Whether you’re looking for heartwarming Savoyard classics by candlelight, a family friendly feast at our spectacular buffet or an irresistible taste of Italy, Les Airelles brings the exceptional to every meal – on and off the slopes.

La Tables des Airelles
At the heart of the Maison, La Table des Airelles is the place for relaxed breakfasts, sociable lunches and evening feasts in Courchevel 1850. It’s here you’ll find the famous Airelles buffet – a boundless celebration of flavours from France and around the world, where just-baked pastries and made-to-order breakfast favourites give way to the succulent meats, colourful organic salads, and fresh seafood of the afternoon and evening.

Palladio
Chef Adrien Trouilloud brings an authentic trattoria to the French Alps at Palladio, where tables are laden with masterful dishes made for sharing. There’s a touch of Venice at Palladio, with atmospheric interiors dressed in warm wooden panelling and rich burgundy velvet – the perfect setting for saffron and tuna arancini, grilled langoustines with mustard and lemon, truffled gnocchi or lobster tagliolini…but whatever you do, don’t miss the tiramisu.

Le Coin Savoyard
For a truly Savoyard experience, dive into a world of raclette, black truffle fondue, delicious cold cuts and irresistibly traditional decor at Le Coin Savoyard. Lit by candlelight and the glow of the open fire, this is the ultimate carnotzet — a cosy, rustic room for enjoying wine, cheese, local delicacies and good company! From the red chequered tablecloths and Alpine-cabin atmosphere to the menu of delicious regional classics, Le Coin Savoyard is a loving tribute to alpine hospitality.

Executive Chef, Adrien Trouilloud
From vibrant family dinners to his formative experience as a young commis chef in Provence, Adrien Trouilloud’s passion for cooking started at an early age. Working his way through the kitchens of some of the world’s finest Michelin-starred establishments, including Paris’ Jules Verne and The Dorchester in London, Chef Adrien earned his own Michelin Star at Restaurant Rech in 2012 and opened acclaimed restaurant, PINSON in 2019. In 2023, Adrien returned to his Savoie roots as Executive Chef of Les Airelles Courchevel.
