With skis on, you glide right up to our door. Inside, the fire crackles, steaming hot chocolate awaits, and the sun-drenched terrace invites you to linger between runs. Le Chalet de Pierres is a refuge where you stop for everything: a lunch with friends, a gourmet break facing the peaks, or simply a moment to catch your breath before the mountain calls you back.
Find us on the Verdon Slope
On the heights of Courchevel, Chalet de Pierres enjoys a privileged location. A former mountain station, it is now a comfortable stop halfway down the slope. Families and friends gather here, skis set down just outside, to enjoy a suspended moment before continuing the day. For those who prefer a different approach, the chalet is also accessible by road year-round, offering an equally charming escape without the need to ski.
The Lounge
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Lounge opens its doors like a well-kept secret. Warm pastries until noon, lobster rolls and truffled croque monsieur from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., then Afternoon Tea stretching until 5 p.m., just as the slopes begin to blush.
This is where you settle in between adventures, a steaming cup in hand, your body still humming from the mountain and your mind already elsewhere, or nowhere at all.
On the menu
Here, mountain tradition meets bold creativity: velvety cheese fondue, a perfectly golden Beaufort tart, delicately truffled pizzas, and a Kobe beef of exceptional tenderness.
Out on the terrace, the show continues: a seafood buffet where oysters, langoustines, and king crab create an ocean-fresh symphony, accompanied by carefully selected vintages. You come for the mountains, and you stay for the table.
And for dessert…
The finale always deserves a touch of splendour: a buffet where golden pastries and still-warm tarts mingle with timeless classics deliciously reimagined. Your guilty pleasure is waiting for you there, promise.
And from noon to 5 p.m., slip inside for a steaming tea and a few sweet treats, the kind of pause where you regain your strength, or simply feel no desire to move at all.

Le Chalet de Pierres lends itself to your most precious celebrations, welcoming up to 150 guests gathered before the mountains. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Moncler boutique on the ground floor opens its doors to you: exclusive pieces, exceptional silhouettes, everything you need to perfect your style between runs.
For children
On the terrace, a play area awaits young adventurers, turning every meal into a joyful expedition while the adults enjoy their drinks in peace. Here, children's laughter is part of the scenery, just like the snow-covered peaks.
