Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, La Table des Airelles serves both traditional French and international dishes.
Get your day off to a good start with a breakfast of pastries and viennoiseries, made on site by the hotel’s baker. You’ll also find an extensive savoury buffet, seasonal fruit and hot drinks. It’s the ideal way to wake up as the snow falls.

After a long morning on the slopes, the experience continues at lunch, where La Table des Airelles transforms into a feast worthy of its name. On the menu, a buffet featuring a selection of noble ingredients of unparalleled finesse. Among the specialties, shellfish and crustaceans, as well as meats roasted in the rotisserie where the chef showcases his craft.

Executive Chef, Adrien Trouilloud
From vibrant family dinners to his formative experience as a young commis chef in Provence, Adrien Trouilloud’s passion for cooking started at an early age.
Working his way through the kitchens of some of the world’s finest Michelin-starred establishments, including Paris’ Jules Verne and The Dorchester in London, Chef Adrien earned his own Michelin Star at Restaurant Rech in 2012 and opened acclaimed restaurant, PINSON in 2019. In 2023, Adrien returned to his Savoie roots as Executive Chef of Les Airelles Courchevel.
