Embark on a fascinating journey through the most prestigious wine regions and savour a seasonal menu crafted by our chefs – all while surrounded by the blooming flower beds, aromatic plants, and luxuriant arbours of our gardens.

Each week, an expert from a renowned vineyard, accompanied by our sommelier, will guide you on a unique sensory journey into the world of French wines. Discover hidden gems and iconic wines from Bordeaux, Champagne, Burgundy, Italy, Provence, and the Loire Valley, all carefully selected from the finest cuvées.

Sharing absorbing anecdotes about each wine and its region of origin, their insight and passion will enrich your knowledge and appreciation of these exceptional wines.

The vineyards

Château d’Estoublon, Provence 
Situated in the heart of Provence, Château d’Estoublon is celebrated for its exceptional olive oils and fine wines. The estate combines traditional methods with modern techniques to produce wines that capture the vibrant, aromatic character of the Provençal terroir, particularly focusing on blends that highlight Grenache, Syrah, and Vermentino.

Domaine Bouchard Père & Fils, Burgundy
Domaine Bouchard Père & Fils, one of Burgundy's oldest and most prestigious wine estates, has been producing exquisite wines since 1731. The domaine is known for its extensive vineyards in prime locations, producing a range of wines that exemplify the richness and diversity of Burgundy’s terroirs, from Grand Cru to Village appellations.


Château Angélus, Bordeaux - Saint Emilion 
Château Angélus is a Premier Grand Cru Classé estate located in the prestigious Saint-Emilion appellation of Bordeaux. Known for its rich, opulent wines with a signature blend dominated by Merlot and Cabernet Franc, Château Angélus combines traditional winemaking practices with innovative techniques to produce wines of exceptional depth and complexity.

Henri Giraud, Champagne 
Champagne Henri Giraud is a distinguished family-owned house that focuses on creating unique, terroir-driven champagnes. With a commitment to sustainability and a deep respect for the Aÿ Grand Cru vineyards, Henri Giraud produces champagnes that are rich, complex, and expressive, known for their distinctive use of oak in the ageing process.
