A bright, generous and refined cuisine
On the menu, Italian classics take centre stage, elegantly reimagined by the Chef: beef carpaccio, spaghettone alle vongole, roast langoustines with Cremona mustard, and lemon-mint ricotta ravioli.
The sea bass fillet is served with mussels and clams, while the house tiramisu, crafted by the team of Cedric Grolet, is a much-loved grand finale.
