Airelles’ culinary artist, Chef Marco Garfagnini, will be settling in for the winter season at Les Airelles in Courchevel after an unforgettable summer in Saint-Tropez. Born in the Tuscan village of Carrara, Garfagnini’s new menu will be inspired by his heritage, embodying the much-loved Italian generosity and flavours in the heart of the French Alps. After training in Paris, London and New York, and becoming the Executive Chef for prestigious addresses including the Four Seasons George V in Paris and the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, Garfagnini is reimagining the cherished cuisine of Piero at Les Airelles while upholding its charm and refinement.
