On December 24 and 25, experience a royal Christmas at the heart of the Château de Versailles. The Festin Royal by Alain Ducasse celebrates Christmas Eve with an exceptional dinner, followed by a majestic brunch the next day overlooking the Orangerie Gardens. And for children, the magic continues into the night with letters to Santa, gifts, and stars in their eyes.

Because the Airelles magic is meant to be shared, celebrate the holidays at home with creations by Pastry Chef Aymeric Pinard, Executive Pastry Chef of Le Grand Contrôle. The Christmas log and the King Cake, available for pickup at the hotel’s restaurant, invite you to (re)experience the indulgence and emotion of an Airelles Christmas Eve, right at home.

The Christmas Log

Chef Aymeric Pinard celebrates the hazelnut queen with a royal Christmas log shaped like a golden chocolate tree. Beneath its delicate shell, it features a sponge cake, airy mousse, crispy streusel, and melt-in-the-mouth milk caramel jam. At its heart, the ultimate surprise: a crunchy hazelnut center with flowing caramel.

Galette du Roi-Soleil

For Epiphany, Chef Aymeric Pinard presents a braided golden cake inspired by the Sun King. Its hand-braided, leavened puff pastry, infused with vanilla, hides a melting hazelnut center and a 75% dark chocolate ganache, paying tribute to Alain Ducasse’s recipe.

New Year’s Eve Dinner

Celebrate the New Year at the Airelles properties, from the sparkling snow of Courchevel and Val d'Isère, to the golden splendor of Versailles, and the Mediterranean charm of Saint-Tropez. Festive dinners, costume balls, performances, and fireworks come together to welcome 2026 with unforgettable emotion.

On December 31st, Versailles comes alive with a costume ball themed around the Enchanted Forest. Between the Royal Feast by Alain Ducasse, shows, and performances, the evening pays tribute to the splendor of the 18th century. At midnight, fireworks light up the Château gardens, followed by a royal brunch overlooking the Orangerie on January 1st.
