Airelles

In a snow groomer

Who has never dreamt of getting behind the wheel of a snow groomer, this machine essential for preparing the slopes? Something offered by the Airelles’ “Monster Dameur” experience. Discover how the snow is cajoled, roaming around the Courchevel slopes when the resort is closed, at the wheel of a snowcat, just like a professional. Smoothing, hollowing, creating humps… Explore the ski domain from a totally different perspective! One-of-a-kind thrills for a rare experience.

A ride in the Hermès carriage

An outing in the Airelles’ iconic horse-drawn Hermès carriage is one of the privileges that comes with each stay in the Snow covered Kingdom. Head for the village of Courchevel and ride through its narrow streets at a leisurely horse-driven pace, as if in a fairtytale. Comfortably installed, cosily wrapped in a cashmere blanket, both young and old alike are in Wonderland…

Chic picnic at high altitude

How about a picnic on the slopes? Les Airelles takes care of everything with a generous basket concocted to suit your taste by Chef Marco Garfagnini. Enjoy a well-deserved break in the great outdoors and boost your strength before setting off again on the ski-runs. On the menu: simple recipes, tasty, local and seasonal, for a memorable lunch surrounded by the mountains.

Skis, sledges… more, if you wish

Take full advantage of the joys offered by the mountains with Les Airelles. Early risers will appreciate the “Premières Traces” experience at the top of La Saulire, to ski down immaculate slopes at sunrise, well before the resort is open. As for seasoned skiers and snowboarders, they will scurry to board a helicopter for initiation in heli-skiing, gaining access to virgin slopes accompanied by an experienced instructor and a tourist guide. The most intrepid will also have a ball exploring the furthest landscapes from Les 3 Vallées on ski touring or nordic skiing sessions. Finally, to re-live old childhood thrills or simply have fun, Les Airelles invites you to climb the slopes of Courchevel in a snowmobile, then ride back down in… a toboggan!
