A secret escape in Saint-Tropez

A hidden gem in the heart of Saint-Tropez, the Pan Deï Palais is the smallest of the Airelles hotels, featuring only 12 keys.

The maison is discreetly located behind the Place des Lices, where its sunny yellow facade radiates riviera charm. Step inside to discover this elegant hotel and Les Délices du Pan Deï, its signature restaurant, now open throughout the autumn and winter.

The Pan Deï Palais is steeped in history. It was built in 1835 by the French General Jean-François Allard, who gifted it to his Indian wife, the Princess Bannu Pan Deï. Today, the family home has been renovated in a contemporary style whilst retaining all the beautiful Indian influences.

Inside, guests will discover 12 Rooms and Suites, a hammam, and a superb pool in a serene garden, ideal for sunbathing on a Balinese bed or cooling off in the shade of palms and olive trees.

Our expert teams are on hand to create memorable experiences: enjoy an authentic stay by playing “pétanque” on the famous Place des Lices, savouring a superb picnic amidst the vines, or attending a pastry class with the Chef.

Fresh market cuisine, served family style

This summer saw the launch of Les Délices du Pan Deï, the hotel’s new restaurant. Each week, Chef Antonio Oresta proposes a unique menu based on seasonal local produce with subtle Indian notes. Dishes are shared, emphasising the family amosphere at the heart of this historic hotel.
