Chef Alain Ducasse celebrates the rich traditions of French cuisine at the heart of Le Grand Contrôle in a truly unique dining experience – The Royal Feast. Inspired by the feasts of the Kings, the royal menu reimagines classic French fine-dining dishes according to the seasons, reinventing royal recipes with exceptional ingredients and a modern twist.
As music drifts through the air, join us in the dining room, where beautifully dressed tables await, bathed only in candlelight. In immaculate 18th-century dress, our expert staff weave the magic of the court into every detail, carving succulent dishes before your eyes and revealing the freshest seasonal flavours in every dish.
This cuisine of Alain Ducasse is served à la française, creating an atmosphere of shared feasting between you and your fellow guests. Accompanied by a carefully curated selection of wines, the culinary adventure continues long into the evening with delectable desserts and digestifs.
Saturday Feasting
For guests joining us on Saturday evenings, the convivial atmosphere of Louis XIV's extravagant court is brought to life with banquet-style dining, for something uniquely special. Join your fellow guests at one extravagantly dressed table for a truly regal feast.
Private dining, for something unforgettable
For an intimate dining experience in a uniquely refined setting, allow us to reserve Marie-Antoinette’s parlour for a special private event, lunch or dinner for up to four guests. The décor, reminiscent of the splendour of the French court, gives way to beautiful views out to the garden for complete tranquillity and privacy, making the parlours the perfect choice for an impressive business lunch, intimate cocktails or private dinners.
Every detail is unique, from the porcelain plates to the silverware and delicate crystal. For larger events, our restaurant can welcome up to 30 guests for a celebration that will live long in the memory.
Le Grand Banquet
For a dining experience worthy of Versailles itself, experience a Grand Banquet at Le Grand Contrôle for an immersive gastronomic adventure to the 18th-century. Four times a year, the Grand Banquet celebrates the season’s finest flavours with a unique menu specially crafted for the occasion by Alain Ducasse himself, while spectacular decor, live performances and endless surprises make for a truly unforgettable experience.

- Royal Feast menu (meal, water & hot drinks): €300
- Food and non-alcoholic beverage pairing menu : €360
- Food and wine pairing menu: €500
- Exceptional food and wine pairing menu: €800
- Booking and cancellation conditions
- All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, a fee of €300 per person will be charged to your credit card.
- For tables of 8 or more : a prepayment of 100% of the amount is required at the time of booking. Reservations may be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the date of the event. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the amount booked (the total prepayment).
