For the perfect French breakfast or an afternoon tea chez vous, pre-order from our range of classic French pastries and sweet treats online, then simply collect your order at Le Grand Contrôle the following day.
From croissants, pains aux chocolats and chaussons aux pommes, to fluffy brioches, beautifully crafted desserts and beautiful tarts inspired by the changing seasons, Chef Aymeric Pinard’s selection of treats adds a touch of decadence to every table.
Special creations for the season
This winter, don’t miss the chance to experience Chef Aymeric Pinard’s unique new creations.
First, the spectacular Bûche de Noël – the Yule Log – is a limited-edition masterpiece in chestnut honey biscuit, honey mousse and citrus. Inspired by the Château de Versailles itself, this year’s Bûche de Noël promises to bring a little wow to your festive celebrations.
Then in January, it’s time for the Galette des Rois, a traditional French creation made in celebration of the Epiphany. This year, expect an explosion of vanilla in every bite, where even the flour itself is infused with roasted vanilla for incomparable depth of flavour.
