Nestled in a lush green setting with a soothing view over the southern hills, Le Palladio is a warm cocoon where the Italian art of living comes alive every evening. Among the trees, a sky set ablaze with shades of orange and pink welcomes guests into a joyful and welcoming atmosphere, where Italian and Mediterranean cuisine brings young and old together around generous and authentic flavors.

A bright, generous and refined cuisine

On the menu, Italian classics take centre stage, elegantly reimagined by the Chef: beef carpaccio, spaghettone alle vongole, milanese-style veal cutlet, and La Messardière’s eggplant parmigiana.

The Bluefin tuna tartare prepared tableside, while the house tiramisu, crafted by the team of Cedric Grolet, is a much-loved grand finale.

A setting suspended between sky and sea

Overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Palladio’s panoramic terrace offers one of the most striking views in the region. Here, dinners unfold al fresco, made magic by the golden evening light and the softness of the Mediterranean air. Time seems to slow – just enough to savour every moment.
