In order to protect our guests and our teams, the Covid-19 Health Pass (in digital or paper format) will be requested from our guests upon their arrival in our Hotels from Monday 9 August 2021, in accordance with French government regulations for the fight against Covid-19.
To access our premises, guests who have not been vaccinated will have to present a valid PCR test, and will have to renew it every 72 hours or present a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 (positive PCR or antigenic test dated at least 11 days and less than 6 months). Our teams are available to help them carry out a PCR or Antigenic test in the comfort of our Hotels or nearby. Children (under 18 years old) do not need to show a Covid-19 Health Pass.
We have put in place a series of practices across all our properties, to be followed throughout the day. These include a systematic and discreet disinfection in all hotels several times a day, using approved technical measures; suitable protective equipment for our team members, and the provision of masks and hydro-alcoholic gel for everyone. To ensure your stay is as peaceful as possible, we have also created an innovative catering solution across all properties, including room service.
To allow you to reserve a room without concern, we have also relaxed our cancellation policy. Any stay at our hotels can be cancelled up to 7 days in advance.
