Airelles Le Guanahani
The Incredible Journey
In Saint-Barthélemy, the Airelles adventure continues beneath the Caribbean sun. Surrounded by turquoise waters, pristine tropical nature and the gentle rhythm of island life, the art of living is reimagined in an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed. An invitation to rediscover Airelles’ generosity and world in a new playground.
A nature reserve by the lagoon
On the north-eastern tip of Saint-Barthélemy, between Grand Cul-de-Sac Lagoon and Maréchal Bay, the Maison stretches across seven hectares, including two beaches, set within a protected nature reserve. Tropical-inspired architecture
The rooms and suites take the form of individual maisons scattered throughout tropical gardens, offering tranquility, privacy, and a close connection with nature. The architecture recalls traditional Creole influences with colorful wooden verandas and large windows opening onto the turquoise horizon and surrounding landscapes. Inside, refined living spaces reflect the island’s relaxed way of life.
Refined flavors in a vibrant atmosphere
Overlooking the sea, La Table du Guanahani reveals a new experience as the day unfolds. In the morning and at lunchtime, a generous buffet celebrates the flavours of Airelles in a bright and relaxed atmosphere. As night falls, the experience evolves with a menu infused with Caribbean influences, complemented by international classics.
