Slow Sundays
Set beneath the palms and parasols of our poolside garden, Sunday brunch at Pan Deï Palais is a leisurely affair. Begin with an abundant cold buffet from market-fresh salads to just-caught seafood, then move on to hot dishes, served at the table.
To finish, a dessert buffet curated by the one and only Cedric Grolet. And would it be brunch without a glass of champagne?
