Provençal art de vivre is the order of the day – and night – at La Table de La Bastide. On the terrace, the set tables offer breathtaking views over the Luberon. Indoors, velvet armchairs and candlelit corners create a rich, intimate atmosphere; part Provençal home, part private salon.
Whether al fresco or à l’intérieur, these are spaces designed for lingering.
Candlelight Dinner
Every Saturday in October, La Table de La Bastide is illuminated by the soft glow of candles.
Live piano, dimmed lighting, an intimate atmosphere. Our tasting menu unveils its finest creations: parsley royale with wild mushrooms, blue lobster served naturally, farm-raised Belles Robes beef, and verbena-flavored iced vacherin.
Experience a suspended moment, bathed in candlelight.
Provence on the plate
Chef Pierre Marty’s menu is a vibrant tribute to the region, evolving with the seasons and rooted in exceptional local produce. From sun-ripened vegetables and wild herbs to Mediterranean fish and tender meats, each dish reflects the bounty of Provence.
Begin with marinated royal sea bream, brightened by mint, yogurt and a touch of caviar, or savour the organic hen’s egg with devilishly truffled asparagus.
Signature dishes come with a touch of theatre – prepared and finished before your eyes.
The authentic beef tartare is expertly seasoned tableside and served with crisp matchstick fries.
The flame-seared bluefin tuna, paired with a pissaladière-style dressing, offers a refined nod to the Mediterranean, while pan-seared Crau Alpilles lamb, served with peas and smoked-needle seasoning, captures the very essence of the Provençal table.
And don’t skip dessert
Desserts are plated à la minute — a little additional sweetness from us to you. Opt for a moment of sharing with the lemon and mint-infused Baba, or give in to the frozen Tiramisu, a true embodiment of la dolce vita.
And every Sunday, the experience continues with our signature brunch, a leisurely, flavourful celebration of local tastes and seasonal inspiration.
