Le Grand Contrôle has created a culinary experience fit for a king or queen. With gastronomic delights, exclusive tours and dishes from long ago, this royal stay is a unique journey through time.
From the very first hours of the day, enjoy your breakfast while admiring the breathtaking view of the Jardin de l'Orangerie. Viennese pastries, waffles and French toast, choose from the greatest classics revisited.
Your butler will then guide you to the Trianon for an exclusive visit reserved for Le Grand Contrôle guests. In the afternoon, our Pastry Chef will offer you an irresistible Petit Afternoon Tea. Then, let us guide you to the Grand Royal Apartments of the Château and the famous Hall of Mirrors, emptied of its visitors, and discover Versailles’ best-kept secrets.
Finally, as night falls, Alain Ducasse table, illuminated by candlelight, will become the scene of great dinners great dinners as in the time of the King. Between soups, starters and rôst, the dishes follow a historic French-style service, punctuated by the baton of the Maître d’Hôtel as he announces the beginning of each new ‘act.’
