Before the feast begins, the sumptuous Salon d'Audience welcomes you for pre-dinner cocktails – the perfect prelude to an evening of surprises. Surrounded by the immersive ambience of the 18th-century, allow yourself to be transported to an era of grand soirées and decadent parties.
A spectacular seasonal feast
Inspired by the changing seasons, no two Grand Banquets are ever the same. While Chef Alain Ducasse weaves the finest flavours into unique seasonal menus, the dining room of Le Grand Contrôle transforms with each new Banquet – a stunning setting of 18th-century tableware, dramatic floral arrangements and candlelit crystal.
