A royal dinner to celebrate New Year's Eve - December 31st

On the evening of 31 December, Chef Alain Ducasse will take his guests on a gourmet journey with an exclusive dinner fit for the greatest kings. The gastronomic pleasures and recipes of yesteryear will be reimagined for modern tastes and served in a setting reminiscent of the splendour of the Court. The guests will enjoy refined cuisine in astonishing surroundings, presented on refined tableware from Alain Ducasse’s private collection. A theatrical feast reminiscent of the King’s decadent royal parties!

Fancy Dress Party

After this fabulous feast, guests will be invited to head to the Bar de la Chapelle for a fancy dress party as it would have been in the time of the Court. They will put on their best costume and mask for the evening and celebrate this New Year as the King’s guests.

With a festive musical atmosphere, this costume party will be full of fun and laughter. As well as bubbles and cocktails, they will try the Royal Flocon, champagne poured over a seasonal scented granita at this timeless and exceptional party.

The Royal Brunch - January 1st

To get the year off to a great start, Le Grand Contrôle will invite its guests to Alain Ducasse’s New Year’s Day Brunch. As they would have done in the time of the King, you will enjoy gourmet French classics and seasonal dishes served directly to your table. The Brunch will be a sociable, friendly event rounded off with an irresistible dessert buffet.
