Missions

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Reporting to the technical department, your day-to-day tasks will be as follows:

General :

  • Assess and prevent risks: Alert management of any minor or major incidents and implement initial measures to secure the site and/or facilities to avoid accidents or damage.
  • Be responsible for the safety booklet
  • Manage the fire-fighting system and comply with evacuation procedures.
  • Provide the management with a weekly report on activities (fault management/alerts on malfunctions/stock levels, etc.).
  • Comply with flow, consumables and environmental management procedures
  • Managing relations with suppliers (opening accounts, negotiating quotations, etc.)
  • Carrying out general building maintenance (heating, plumbing, electricity, painting, waxing, etc.)
  • Carrying out repair work on the facilities on a daily basis.
  • Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance of facilities.
  • Work on all types of materials: plumbing, wood, aluminium, etc. and equipment: light bulbs, faucet seals, broken handles, doors that do not close properly, etc.
  • Carry out all handling work necessary in the performance of one's duties.
  • Assist in external interventions.
  • Ensure the correct maintenance of the pool filters and carry out daily water analyses.

Staff housing:

  • Participate in the maintenance and renovation of staff accommodation during the off-season.

Administration:

  • Manage the assigned financial resources, ensuring compliance with the cost of materials and various reports required to achieve the set cost targets, and monitor them:
  • Developing data sheets;
  • Identifying procurement needs, controlling goods and carrying out inventories.
  • Budget control

Team management:

  • Supervise the technical team and ensure the transmission of information to the team
  • Ensure the integration and training of staff; Apply service standards and ensure their correct application to the team. 
  • Elaborate and optimise the team's work programmes in line with the company's business.
  • Carrying out all team management tasks required by Management and Human Resources and in compliance with legal requirements (appraisal interviews, checking late arrivals and absences, drafting and submitting weekly timesheets, etc.).
