- Salary Range: 1,990 gross per month for 14 months =27,857 RAL (=Gross Annual Salary) + bonus 8%
Missions
As a member of the Reservation team and reporting to the Director of Reservations & Revenue, the Reservation Agent will be responsible for : Manage guest room bookings with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and personalized service. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience from the moment of booking.
- Main Missions
- Provide exemplary service in handling all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and third-party channels.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of property features, luxury amenities, promotions, and local attractions.
- Capture and input accurate guest information into the Property Management System.
Anticipate guest needs and personalize reservation experiences (e.g., special occasions, VIPs, repeat guests). - Coordinate closely with Sales, Concierge, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure all guest data and communication are handled confidentially and professionally.
