Conditions
  • Minimum stay duration and rate based on seasonality and school holiday periods – on request from the reservations department
  • 50% deposit required at the time of booking and balance requested 60 or 30 days (depending on seasonality) before arrival.
  • Fees equivalent to 8% of the stay in case of modification or cancellation. Up to 60 or 30 days (depending on seasonality) before arrival, the remaining deposit amount can be transferred or refunded.
  • After these dates, fees equivalent to 100% of the stay will be applied in the event of modification or cancellation.
