Set slightly away from the bustle, the Matsuhisa restaurant occupies a wing of the 16th-century Palladio building and features its own covered terrace a peaceful haven overlooking the property’s gardens.
Here, Venetian Baroque gives way to refined serenity, creating the perfect setting for exceptional dinners in an intimate atmosphere.

Like the renowned Venetian explorer Marco Polo, Chef Nobu shares a spirit of discovery and invites you on a journey of flavours, blending the finest Asian traditions with Peruvian cuisine. Connoisseurs will find the Chef’s signature dishes here, such as Black Cod or King Crab Creamy Spicy.
