At the heart of the space, the bar evokes the ancient trading houses of the Orient, where the scents of spices mingled with precious fabrics and stories from distant lands. All around, the spaces unfold like fragments of a journey: deep hues, warm materials and openings to the outside, echoing the maritime routes that once connected the shores of the Orient with those of Venice.
Along the Routes of Marco Polo
Rare spices, nautical charts and the scents of the Orient come together to trace the map of a journey suspended in time. Inspired by the travels of Venetian explorer Marco Polo, Botanica Bar turns its spaces and cocktail menu into an invitation to discover distant lands, brought to life through contemporary mixology techniques.
