The beating heart of Airelles Palladio
In the very center of the historic Palladio building, just beyond the Winter Garden, abc kitchens unfolds in a warm, welcoming décor. Natural light illuminates carefully restored architectural elements, from intricate woodwork to soaring arches.
The restaurant extends outside onto a shaded patio, inviting guests to linger from breakfast through dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
Mediterranean cuisine anchored in the Venetian terroir
Committed to exceptional produce and local inspiration, Jean-Georges Vongerichten has reimagined the abc kitchens concept through the lens of the Venetian terroir.
Signature dishes celebrate iconic Italian ingredients, including burrata with Amalfi lemon, crispy calamari with parmesan, handmade pasta and pizza, veal milanaise, and line-caught sea bass with green olive sauce. Each morning begins with an exquisite selection of pastries and sweet creations by Chef Cedric Grolet.
