With our teacher Maria, graduated from the French Federation of Hatha Yoga, discover all the benefits of this ancient practice originating from India. With slow movements and deep breathing, Hatha Yoga balances the energies and softly tones the body. A unique method to achieve relaxation and well-being that will leave you with a relaxed and peaceful mind.
Group classes last 1 hour and are offered, subject to availability, every Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday at 5.30pm. It is also possible to attend private yoga classes, on reservation. Length: 45 minutes. Price: 95€.
