Tucked away in the heart of Provence, La Bastide’s panoramic terrace offers a stunning view of the Vaucluse and is a relaxed place to spend time with friends or family in the open air.

Inside, the Airelles Gordes cocktail bar invites you to try rare spirits in a calm and intimate atmosphere. Its authentic furniture and ancient portraits will take you on a journey through time. Enjoy the perfectly balanced flavour of a refined cocktail by the fire.
The cocktail menu
At the end of the day, after an afternoon exploring the charming historic Gordes village or following a swim, enjoy a friendly drink on the bar terrace in the shade of the majestic cypress trees. Treat yourself to a glass of champagne or try a refreshing local artisan beer.
When the sun goes down, sip one of our signature cocktails on the terrace or inside the bar: from the classic Old Fashioned reimagined to the surprising Garden of Eden, La Bastide mixologists will concoct flavoursome and balanced elixirs for you to drink all night long. Don’t miss the Le Provence cocktail, which is on track to become one of the favourites in the region with its clever mix of vodka, lavender liqueur, strawberry puree and basil.
After dinner, a selection of gourmet cocktails awaits: everything from the Rusty Nail, the mixology classic served on the rocks to the signature Rubis Negroni by JS, G’vine Nouaison reserve gin, La Quintinye red vermouth, orange bitters and orange zest,: each creation promises you thrills and something new. With its selection of rare spirits and cocktails, the menu has been designed to surprise and delight all palettes.
The snack and small plates menu
For a gourmet choice, the cocktail bar offers a selection of snacks and dishes designed by La Bastide’s chefs. The tapas menu is ideal for sharing with friends: foie gras terrine, salmon gravlax, homemade hummus with vegetable sticks, tempura courgette flowers, wild prawns in batter, and tomato and parmesan arancini. These creations can be enjoyed hot or cold and shared as you wish.
For the hungrier, there’s also something for you on the cocktail bar menu: perhaps a platter of Iberian ham and regional tomme cheese, tomato and burrata. Order whatever you’d like!
To finish on a sweet note, choose from a wide selection of desserts: coffee or chocolate liegeois, vanilla crème brulée, panna cotta with red berries or La Bastide’s Strawberry Melba.
