Nestled on south-facing limestone hills, the Chateau's organic vineyard and expansive olive groves thrive under meticulous care, coaxing the finest expressions from the unique terroir. Mature vines bask in the sun; an array of grape varietals including Grenache, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussane, Marsanne and Syrah. 

This rich diversity creates a spectrum of wines, elevating the vineyard's 18 hectares to an exceptional standard. Encircling the vineyard, an expansive stretch of 120 hectares of olive groves wraps around the estate, producing exceptional olive oils. A diverse array of olive varieties flourish on the grounds, each contributing a distinctive flavour to the estate's oils.
