Discover Palladio, our elegant Italian restaurant blending warm ambiance with refined cuisine. Come and enjoy beautifully crafted Italian cuisine infused with Venetian influences, imagined by our executive Chef, Adrien Trouilloud.
Born in Echirolles, Isère, the new executive chef of the Palladio restaurant and is a lover of the mountains. His passion for cooking originated at the family table, finding joy in the act of gathering around and sharing generous homemade dishes. After traveling the world and honing his skills in several Michelin-starred establishments, he returned to Chambéry to open his own restaurant. There, he met the General Manager of Les Airelles Courchevel, who invited him to join the maison. At Palladio, Chef Trouilloud has envisioned a menu that aligns with his values and the mountain environment. A cuisine that is warm, shareable, and impeccably executed.
The menu begins with exquisite antipasti such as saffron and tuna arancini, grilled langoustines with mustard and lemon, or parmigiana aubergines. Then come generous main dishes like truffle gnocchi or melt-in-the-mouth tagliolini with lobster. To finish beautifully, try our tiramisu, or our homemade roasted vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and melted chocolate, sprinkled with caramelized hazelnuts. A meticulous selection of French and Italian wines completes the experience.
With warm woodwork and soft velvet, the Palladio restaurant is a gem nestled in the heart of the mountains, the perfect place to relish updated classics of Italian cuisine. A must for gourmets in Courchevel, an exceptional address in a prestigious setting.
