The delicious tradition of our grandmothers’ indulgent afternoon snack comes to La Table des Jardiniers at Le Grand Contrôle. Imagined by pastry chef Aymeric Pinard, this delightful afternoon treat has everything to charm both children and adults with a love for sweet comforts and nostalgic pleasures.


On the menu are the timeless classics everyone adores: perfectly ripe freshly picked strawberries, warm madeleines straight from the oven, a generous brioche made for sharing, and a seasonal fruit tart. Not forgetting “the Biscuit Cupboard,” filled with delicious biscuits to dip into milk — a family tradition with the comforting taste of childhood, to discover or rediscover with delight.
