Gladys also offers private iridology sessions – the study of patterns in the iris – offering fascinating insights into overall wellbeing and potential areas of imbalance. Sessions with Gladys are gentle, informative and highly personalised, offering a grounded path towards lasting wellbeing.

Qi Gong
Guided by expert practitioner, Sreejith Gopi, a Qi Gong session is a chance to reconnect with your body and breath. In this restorative practice, slow, meditative movements help harmonise the breath with posture and energy flow, calming the nervous system, improving circulation and easing physical tension. Private coaching
Our team of coaches and instructors is always available to offer guidance, encouragement and one-on-one coaching sessions on request. During your stay, you might want to practise your serve with a professional tennis or padel coach, enjoy a personalised session in our fitness studios, relax into a private yoga or pilates session or work on your feints and dodges with your boxing coach.
