Between the terrace nestled beneath plane trees and the pergolas draped in wisteria, La Table d'Estoublon embodies the essence of summer in Provence. Inside, the dining room opens out beneath soaring centuries-old stone vaults in the estate’s former barrel cellar. The warm décor combines the authenticity of a noble residence with colorful contemporary influences.
Local Mediterranean flavors
Showcasing local specialties, the menu at La Table d'Estoublon celebrates nature through the seasons in Provence. Alongside timeless classics, guests can enjoy panisses, aïoli, Alpilleslamb, brandade, and bouillabaisse, reinterpreted with carefully selected ingredients and contemporary refinement. The dishes elevate the estate’s olive oils, while food and wine pairings featuring its cuvées are available by the glass.
The Estoublon kitchen garden
Cultivated using organic methods, as in the estate’s vineyards and olive groves, the kitchen garden flourishes across 2,500m², providing a vibrant medley of fruits, vegetables, and aromatic herbs to inspire the chef.
